Based in Madrid, Veronica Mar creates functional sculptures inspired by nature. The organic lines of her pieces give homage to the essential beauty of nature through textures and materiality which emote in a natural way. All of her creations have their own soul, they express a duality inherent in everything that exists. Inspired by the movement of waves, Ula emphasizes dramatic marble curvature. "Ula" arrives from Celtic and translates to "jewel of the sea." The form accentuates the expressive nature and movement of the stone. 2021.
